Clean-o-mat "Sylt"

The professional basket-washing system in the spray-flood process.

The "Sylt" series has been specially designed for the gentle and efficient cleaning of bulk goods, turned and milled parts as well as geometrically complex components.

The basket moves with a vertical rotary motion – both rotating as well as swinging – past a nozzle pipe system that is fitted on 6 sides with special point jets and flat-spray jets.

The system is available in the 1-bath or 2-bath variants and can be optionally enhanced with flood cleaning with or without ultrasonic support.
The facility of circulating air drying ensures that the components are dry at the end of the process.
