PERKUTE parts cleaning systems are used throughout the production and manufacturing industry, in mechanical and plant engineering as well as in the repair and maintenance sector - in fact, wherever preliminary, intermediate or final cleaning is required.
That sounds like an extensive portfolio, doesn't it?
You could say that. PERKUTE offers the right machine for all areas of application - from trade to industrial series production. We rely on fully automatic single and multi-chamber aqueous-based cleaning systems. They are economical and environmentally friendly, offer perfect workplace hygiene, high cleaning power and can be used directly at the workplace. They also have individual accessories for demanding cleaning tasks. We are now developing into a system supplier. This means that we not only design the cleaning system, but also offer the entire periphery - such as feeding and removal using robots or linear systems - in order to be able to offer the customer everything from a single source.
What is your current market position and the employee structure with which you manage your order workload?
PERKUTE is one of the leading manufacturers in the aqueous cleaning sector. We currently have 25 employees and three trainees who are kept fit for their tasks through regular training and seminars.
It is well known that PERKUTE places great emphasis on after-sales service - what is this all about?
We place particular emphasis on maintaining contact with the customer even after the purchase of a PERKUTE machine. The offer refers to a possible maintenance agreement. Maintenance includes the regular inspection and checking of all mechanical and electrical components as well as the BGVA3 inspection. This is to ensure that the high quality of the machines is optimally maintained. PERKUTE is also your contact for spare parts, cleaning agents and all technical questions. The intensive after-sales service strengthens customer loyalty.
What are the special quality features of PERKUTE products?
In addition to the stable design and the simple, efficient operation, the quality features lie in particular in the user-friendliness and the ability to implement special solutions using modified standard systems. In addition, extensive tests are carried out in our own technical centre or directly at the customer's premises during the decision-making and planning phase.
Finally, a brief look at the development processes - what requirements do customers have and to what extent do sales, production and development work hand in hand?
Customers have a wide variety of requirements in terms of ergonomics, operability, handling, degree of cleanliness and space requirements.
