The PERKUTE Clean-o-mat RC top-loader cleaning system is the low-cost entry-level model for universal industrial parts cleaning in industry, workshops and trade. As a single-chamber system, it offers solid technology and aqueous spraying processes for effective cleaning of new parts and maintenance at low investment costs. The robust stainless steel design and the construction as a compact, space-saving cleaning system make it low-maintenance and durable.
Depending on the model, it is driven by a rotary basket with an electric or hydraulic system, while flat spray nozzles in the 3D nozzle pipe system ensure uniform all-round cleaning from several sides. A powerful washing pump ensures that even heavily soiled workpieces are thoroughly cleaned.
The operation is designed to be user-friendly and facilitates use both in industrial production and in the workshop. Safety is of course guaranteed by the safety limit switch on the lid. Additional features such as a low-water safety device, stainless steel filter and connection piece for steam extraction round off the performance spectrum.

Application example: Cleaning of adhesive residues on abrasive media
The Clean-o-mat RC 82 is specially designed for cleaning off adhesive residues on abrasive products. With a working pressure of around 100 bar, the nozzle tube system ensures thorough cleaning. Both the nozzle tube and the clamping device can be flexibly adapted to different sanding disc diameters.
