The PERKUTE Clean-o-mat TW pass-through cleaning system specializes in continuous parts cleaning with high throughput rates in industry and workshops. Thanks to its customer-specific design, this pass-through system can be ideally integrated into existing production processes. Different transport systems and several treatment zones enable a wide range of applications such as the cleaning of crates, containers, pallets, long materials or mass-produced parts.

With robust stainless steel components, compact design and efficient technology modules, the PERKUTE TW series meets the highest cleanliness requirements. Control via Siemens S7-1200 with plain text display ensures precise process control, while temperature settings in all zones and low water protection guarantee process reliability.

The PERKUTE continuous cleaning system also offers automatic steam extraction, insulated tanks to reduce operating costs, maintenance hatches in the hoods and exhaust ducts with throttle valves in all zones. These features make the Clean-o-mat TW system both easy to maintain and reliable in operation - a proven solution for industrial production and workshops with high cleaning requirements.
