NEXION S.p.A. has acquired 75% of the STENHØJ Group, while the Dyøe family retains a 25% stake. Together, the two companies employ over 2,000 people and generate an annual turnover of more than 340 million euros. This creates one of the leading suppliers of automotive workshop equipment in Europe.
The partnership combines a strong product portfolio: NEXION is internationally renowned for tire demounting machines, balancing technology and wheel alignment. STENHØJ contributes its expertise in lifting platforms, test benches and compressors. Customers benefit from a broader product range, a high level of innovation and a dense service network.
"This is a strong partnership," explained Claudio Spiritelli, CEO of NEXION. Søren Dyøe Madsen, CEO of the STENHØJ Group, also emphasized the importance of the collaboration: the merger is an important milestone in shaping the market in the long term.
